- PlaySMS: an extranet portal for receiving and sending WhatsApp™ and SMS messages from / to your group of users. The PlaySMS portal also permit to export WhatsApp™ contacts to allow importing them into your CRM system;
- Automated messages creation: this function permit to set an automatic reply to incoming messages;
Contact list management: the PlaySMS portal permit to export WhatsApp™ contacts and to import new contacts in the contact list trough .CSV or .XLS files.
